Saving caps, sharing calm.
Sea turtles are one of the oldest species still alive to this day. However, only recently have they fought the risk of being endangered because of one enemy: plastic.
Turtles have survived for over 100 million years through various era changes. But in the last 120 years, its livelihood has been threatened by plastic waste.
Every year, more or less 8 tons of plastic waste gets thrown into the ocean. Sea turtles cannot differentiate plastic from food, leading to injury or even death if eaten.
The plastic waste that was endangering the turtles are made into something that saves them.
